So I'm surprised if you weren't uh, I'm not like a huge name or yeah, really, uh, nor do I care to be umm, but my case is uh, for this cancer being so aggressive and like, umm. It's, it's semi high profile like umm, but I'm not like umm, we're not connected on LinkedIn, umm, at all. But you saw my, you asked if I was a recruiter. Umm, are you are, are you feeling like, uh, happy where you're currently at? Like, like I usually ask if I'm at 10 point, like 10 point scale, like. To 10/1 I do wish you, I called you like months ago and uh, 10 would be like your equity out and you don't see yourself anywhere other than retiring. Like where are you at Maderna as far as like where you see yourself because I am the most connected guy from my legal standpoint. One of the most.

user: Yeah. Umm, well you're talking about umm. I would say right now you are best suited to be in your seat for at least. Uh, the next few months. Umm, not more than six months if you like something else that I float your way, but you are going to be very important in, uh, negotiations for Madonna. I actually sometimes I get to make with my line of work. I have like a 2 fold purpose when I call somebody, umm, and yours is one of those, which just means that are called fun. We get to talk like shop and you know, you get to like, we get to like become knowledgeable where if I see the right opportunity, I can learn more about you and, uh, bring that opportunity up. user: mission work so much that I I've only got a few placements each each year actually like umm but my placements I get like you know I can make like 70 to 100,000 a placement because I get the lawyers make so much in line of work that I do they're all you know. Senior associates, counsels and you know, the, the main people at, you know, Fortune 500 companies. So it's pretty easy work just to make a couple of placements a year. But my mission works. So your aunt did that. That's, that's cool. I respect that. It's, uh, that's work for God. And that's what I'm, uh, that's what I'll probably talk to you more about. Then, uh, you know what's hot and open, you know, if you don't mind because you're not to me, you shouldn't be a motivated move, uh, for six months. You really shouldn't be based on what Umm, the God of Israel, umm, is kind of telling me as a servant of, of the God of Israel, the one God, the same Christian God that got. And the craft and then all, but you know, the, the cushions and stuff. So it's easy when I'm working with someone who's, you know, at least Christian, uh, judeo-christian to kind of like know where we're, where I'm coming from. I, I appreciate that, that background. Moderna is the first of, umm, some companies to come out that God wants to do a kind of it's an adjustment or rebuke. It's called a rebuke in the Bible and it's a correction and it comes from love and it's not like an attack, but it is. From a controlling standpoint. As aggressive as my it could look as aggressive as my cancer say well, Steven, Steven or a Bansal Lloyd. Well, I, I'm probably butchering his name, but there is identified companies, umm, that are looked at with umm, like umm, a righteousness standpoint. It's really important for you to convey, uh, to your CEO because he's also the founder, which is, you know that my little company, my agency, I'm this, I'm not the CEO, but I'm the uh, I'm the founder. My, my background and what I work on is more the delivery technology and the deli delivery formulations and stuff. So I can't speak for anybody else. In umm other part people, I don't, I don't see all, I don't see all the patent applications and know everything.

+13025424869: No, no, no, no, no. It's like I said, but I, I mean, you know my background, if you know, if you look at my background, my background is umm, a medicinal chemist. You know, I've worked for pharmaceutical companies since the 90s, since early 1990s as a bench chemist and then as a, umm, as a patent attorney afterwards. So it's all been more of the, umm, pharmaceutical drugs. Now. My switch to Moderna, it was, it was based on the. My organic chemistry background, so not really the when it comes to the umm, science, the art, the nucleic acid science stuff, the DNA, the RNA, that stuff. So the other people in the department actually handle that those patent applications.
user: Yeah, I, I kind of assumed by looking at your LinkedIn and the date of the patent where the Triple Helix was that they brought you in at a, at a time where you know, you, you have nothing, you did nothing wrong with the foundation. And why the company is not what it was like when you said in the start of the conversation is the company did something very and I used to work the lawyers use that made they use allegedly and interesting. The company did something very interesting with. God's DNA, I'll put it like that. Is that fair?
+13025424869: Oh well, I, you know, like I said, I don't know, I, I know what they work on. I can't really discuss that because it's modern, it's modern's IPVI know what they did work on, but it's umm, not really what to be honest, Moderna doesn't do anything with DNA. We're, we're a messenger RNA company so umm, which means it's messenger RNA, which is, you know, part of the system, part of the uh mechanism that everything works, but. You know, I, I, I'm, like I said, I, I, I don't really, I'm not really involved in that part of it. So there could be applications that I would not be aware of.
user: Definitely so. From a messenger standpoint, I think both of us are going to be messengers. In communication, which is the department I work for, for my pro bono work for God, OK. And my grandfather, he was in the Holocaust and then got back and I said he was in the communications department too. As long as you and I have good communication, what's the mission work that I have to do is gonna be really fun, really easy and very IP based tobacco. The issues that this triple Helix have had, OK. The, the fear with the heart and the uh turbo type cancer type stuff with the early, you know, uh, vaccine type issues where Moderna never had a product go to market before you know, the vaccine. There are the new guys that just kind of came out. You know, people heard of Johnson and Johnson, people heard of, you know, obviously Pfizer, but Madonna was a new company, but. Everybody came up, you know, Moderna was a little bit more of a, uh, the new guy in town, but the new guy in town. But what they were, the whole populous was worried about or was nervous about or skeptical about, you know, being locked down for a year out of nowhere. No, nobody's seen that. But it was turbo cancers and. The umm and the heart stuff, the myocarditis and the you know, I'm not a doctor, I can't. But myocarditis, periocardius and stuff like that. Well, the turbo cancers I have that I went right to stage 4, OK, and I'm a modern consumer. I am like patient X if you talk about like the first to like bring coronavirus. The guy that's like the worst. Case scenario person whistle blowing for her, for your CEO, OK. And I also have been on the secular side, you know, to have the largest legal network, one of the largest legal networks in the world. I'm the late perfect storm person that he would want. Eradicated. OK, but that's not going to happen. OK, I forgot. That's not gonna happen. What's going to happen is a very golden paved Rd. to fix things. OK. But it might be giving up controlling that he's never given up before because when you work for God, submission is the hardest, the most necessary thing to do. You die to to Christ. You die to God in that is the biblical way. That's how it works. People know that. That's why I got a little temperature check on your face and. We don't know his, but we do know that God has identified Maderna as a company he wants to take the the reins for. Not like anything. Usually how these case studies look OK, Usually how they look is controlling. Umm, control. And that's what's hard for people, CEO, founding CEO to do. So it usually looks like God's real smart. He doesn't need 51%, it's usually 50.1% with a plan. And it's a step backwards with many steps forward, including the problem that you were having. That's kind of other case studies from a legal to legal conversation that me and you are having. Because we're both legal experts. OK Umm, I don't have ajd, I'm not an Esquire, but again, I have one of the biggest legal networks in the world. Umm of lawyers. So that's kind of the main reason I was calling you is we would like to help fix. And research is 90% beating your head against the wall and 1010% success. And that's why it's so exciting when you have something that is successful, umm, because you know, it is. I do know that Moderna has some, umm, stuff that's in clinical trials to help oncology patients. Umm, I, you know, I, you know, I don't know which oncology, I don't know what drug they're using with you. I would, you know, Merck has a really good one called Keytruda, Umm and umm, you, you can work with Mark and Merck and modern is actually working together with something. So I mean, so I wish you the best in that aspect. Umm, they, I hope they can, you know, maybe something like that can help because I, I sort of know what's going on in a little couple of areas. I know because I just I in the company and they, they announced it, but. I'm not technically involved in, in that, umm, at all. It is clinical trials with Keytruda, Merck with an, with something that extra. That umm Moderna has and but those are in clinical trials right now. I don't know where, I don't know what it's been done, but it is a combination thing with Keytruda. Which is the Merck drug, which has been pretty much a magic drug. I mean, you know, it doesn't, it doesn't an amazing amount of work, but in combination, there are clinical trials and you know, fingers crossed it all works.
